Description

Essential Functions  

  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Follow up with all assigned clients until completion of the New Plan Setup application  
  • Complete the planning, auditing and migration of data for all assigned clients by scheduled task due date
  • Lead all assigned clients through the application and introduction of a benefits plan provided by their benefits provider.
  • Instruct all assigned clients on the regulatory and operational nature of their benefits.
  • Audit the technical setup of customer information in benefits applications prior to the clients' go-live date.
  • Ensure all related emails are sent to the client in a timely manner
  • Ensure all related emails are saved in the appropriate location
  • Ensure all related documents and files are received from the client and follow up weekly until received prior to the go-live date
  • Ensure all tracking is up to date in SalesForce on a daily basis
  • Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours of receipt
  • Ensure all debit cards are functioning as planned immediately after the go-live date
  • Ensure all participant communications have been sent to participants prior to the go-live date
  • Host client facing webinars for benefit specific employer portal walkthroughs
  • Assist Implementation Specialists with employer inquiries
  • Assist Implementation Specialists with employer reach outs
  • Assist with Implementation Tasks within Salesforce

Requirements  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • High Attention to detail. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe. 
  • Strong planning and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a group.  
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
