Social Media Account Managers are primarily responsible to leverage an array of Social Media channels to drive relevant traffic to the Company’s clients’ and internal Social platforms. Social Media Specialists create, manage and implement all of their clients’ and the company’s Social Media marketing campaigns. 

Initially reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, the Social Media Specialist position is a critical role for the Company. Key areas of responsibility include the end to end management of major strategic Social marketing projects for clients, the development and management of an integrated online plan in addition to online engagement, conversion and retention.  

Social Media Manager are responsible for all online metrics and engagement for their client base, and for creating long term and strategic relationships. It is essential that Social Media Specialists look for opportunities to better improve overall results for the company and their clients, to assist in their entire marketing mix. 


  • Build, manage and optimise the company’s clients and Internal Social Media campaigns 
  • Creation of all content and campaigns for Social Media Platforms using different tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suites, or similar tools
  • Managing of all campaigns and content to all platforms
  • Creating and Managing of all email direct marketing and communications; newsletters, infographics, content writings & article,
  • Manage the day to day client relationships through phone calls and emails 
  • Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page and off-page optimisation elements 
  • Take the initiative to recommend breakthrough ideas that leads to business development 
  • Analyse client’s websites, Social Media platforms and business situations through drawing on the company’s tools and resources. 
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of online advertising efforts, and identify areas of improvement for clients 
  • Building rapport with existing and potential clients and retain them by providing quality service 
  • Review current industry trends and make suitable recommendations to clients based on competitive activities 
  • Help clients attain more customers and recommend the Company’s portfolio of products and services where possible 
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 
  • Working collaboration with the Marketing Director to produce all deliverables and goal


  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Strong time management with a sense of urgency

  • Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must 
  • Ability to work unsupervised as an individual contributor 
  • Must demonstrate initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude – solutions-oriented and results focussed   


  • 5 years of Social Media Marketing experience 
  • Must have extensive knowledge and experience managing organic and paid campaigns 
  • Extensive knowledge in Email Direct Marketing and Communications
  • Must have good social media analytics background 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Must be self-motivator and self-starter 
  • Focus on quality and customer service 
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills 
  • Solid time management skills  
  • Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company 
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency 
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment 
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed 
  • Instagram Marketing experience and Facebook Blueprint certification will be highly regarded
