Deployment Specialist (SO2)
Description
- Deploying xAccess and Geolantis.360 solutions as per PelicanCorp’s standard/default application installation process
- Configuring xAccess and Geolantis.360 solutions as per Solution Design and/or Scope of Works documentation
- Setting up Windows servers and IIS using best practices for optimal configuration for performance and reliability
- Test the xAccess or Geolantis.360 installation works as per the Solution Design and/or Scope of Works
- Work with Level 1 & Level 2 Support to troubleshoot any operational issue related to the installation and configuration of the xAccess or Geolantis.360 solutions
- Work with customer to complete the installation, configuration and testing, and seek official customer sign off
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, email, online)
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with other team members as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Update and potentially create product Knowledge Base
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Minimum 5 years managing Windows Server 2016 & 2019
- • Minimum 3 years advanced experience with MSSQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
- • Minimum 3 years supporting business critical software applications
- • Experience using a customer support or service desk ticket management application
