Talent Acquisition Associate (5 months contract)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
 
  • Candidate sourcing with the use of traditional and/or non-traditional recruitment channels
  • Coordinate directly with the Recruitment Manager, AMTA and Recruitment Officers to ensure all requirements are captured
  • Create and post job advertisements through the different job portals (i.e. JobstreetLinkedin, etc.)
  • Responsible for test administration and interviewing (face to face or remote) of candidates for the assigned requisitions
  • Conduct initial assessment of resumes or job applications
  • Verify if education, work experience, work performance and other attributes match job descriptions and/or specified criteria
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Officers and candidates for client-side assessment scheduling
  • Maintain interest levels in candidates alongside commitment to the screening process
  • Ensure that targets for each requisition, as well as periodic and year to date metrics, are met
  • Ensure that all recruitment steps and requirements are followed per client
  • Format resumes and creation of profile summaries according to a pre-determined standard
  • Coordinate with candidate in the submission and completion of employment requirements
  • Conduct reference/background check of candidates when necessary
  • Assist the Recruitment Manager and/or Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisitions with managing and executing recruitment-related projects
  • Submit daily/weekly recruitment reports
  • Fulfillment of other tasks, as needed

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of a 4-year course
  • 2-3 years experience in sourcing, end to end recruitment
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Highly knowledgeable in strategic sourcing thru non-traditional channels/job boards
  • Strong background in candidate management
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Applicant Tracking System experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Candidate must be willing to work onsite once required
