HR Coordinator
Description
Responsibilities:
- Process employee contracts, letters, internal transfer requests & employment checks
- Effect changes to organisational structure.
- Assist with employee management including performance and remuneration review support, employee discounts, service recognition, online learning and termination.
- Password resets for various systems, and support through resolving access and integration issues
- Administrative support to HRBPs
- On- and off-boarding of brand partners
- First level interpretation of People policies and advice where relevant
- Escalates employee queries, concerns and grievances expediently and with high accuracy.
- Supports annual delivery of HR processes and procedures through client groups, i.e. Seasonal Retention and Casual clean up.
- Effectively delivers on key cyclical HR activities in the annual HR calendar (rem review letters, achievement & growth system queries).
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to deliver key people projects.
- Supports the development of a high performance and values-driven culture by providing guidance on appropriate conduct and behaviours by providing limited interpretation of People policies, procedures and practices.
- Build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Relations or Business (preferable)
- An understanding of People processes that create and drive desired culture
- Ability to cope with diverse and multiple stakeholders
- Can confidently explain fundamental concepts of policies, procedures and process to stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting project and work-programs aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to work autonomously
