Lead Front End Developer
Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Front-End Development:
o Lead and contribute to the development of high-quality, user-centric front-end solutions
using React JS, the core framework of our application.
o Drive the implementation of reusable UI components to enhance development speed,
consistency, and maintainability.
o Focus on creating scalable, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring an
exceptional user experience.
• UI/UX and Usability:
o Apply expertise in UI/UX design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring
seamless interaction for both internal and external users.

o Advocate for usability best practices and accessibility standards in all front-end
development efforts.
• Team Leadership:z
o Dedicate 10% of time to mentoring and guiding a small team of developers, fostering a
collaborative and innovative environment. The rest of the time, show leadership by
example by collaborating to development.
o Ensure clear communication and alignment with team members, setting expectations for
high standards in front-end development.
• Agile Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Orchestra Software Product team during daily stand-ups and sprint
planning sessions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of front-end
components with back-end systems.
• SDLC and Tooling:
o Leverage Azure DevOps for ticket management, code repositories, and pipeline
deployment, contributing to seamless software delivery.
o Support Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative
development processes.
• Cloud Integration:
o Utilize Azure Cloud and Static Web Apps to enhance front-end performance and
integration with backend services, ensuring a reliable and scalable platform.
• Passion and Industry Insight:
o Demonstrate a genuine passion for front-end development, staying updated with
emerging trends and technologies.
o Experience in the telecom industry, particularly with CDR files or telecom billing specifics,
is a strong plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent
practical experience.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in front-end development, with significant expertise in
React JS and modern UI/UX practices.
• Proven experience in designing and building reusable components with a focus on scalability and
maintainability.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional teams.

• Expertise in leveraging Azure DevOps for software delivery lifecycle management, including
ticketing, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Azure Cloud, for hosting and enhancing front-end
applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Passionate about creating high-quality, user-centric software, with a continuous drive for
improvement and innovation.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas effectively and collaborate with diverse
