What you will do

Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using various tools and technologies to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Create and maintain intelligent agents (chatbots, virtual assistants, etc.) to support various business functions and enhance user interactions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, solutions and best practices.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop systems and build scalable, reliable, and secure automation solutions.
Plan solution design and integration with existing systems, data, and platforms.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and integration designs.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, procedures, and regulations in all solution designs and implementations.

Who you are

Proven in-depth work experience in automation, digital workplace solutions or a related field with an Information Technology or technology related qualification.
Experience in developing and delivering high quality solutions with a proven technical understanding in Microsoft development and platforms, including intelligent agent development.
Knowledge of the MS Copilot architecture including; Studio, Agents and Azure OpenAI, highly regarded.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
