KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  1. Inside Sales - Existing customer that are flagged as growth.
    • 2 – 10 customers each week are flagged as being an enhanced customer that will/could qualify for a reselling and loyalty customer to receive enhanced savings and growth (silver tier opportunity-micro resellers)
    • Within current customer portfolio sits 1000’s of auto shops that could qualify for the silver tier.
    • Deliverables
      • Follow communication and selling process to and conduct 15–20-minute presentations positioning the silver/micro reseller program.
      • Gain acceptances to the silver program each month.
      • Maintain relationships within the expected communication cadence outlined in the sales process.
  2. Net new sales - Develop new client relationships/interest that meet the ideal customer profile for the silver program requirements.
    • Communicate via omni channel and heavy outbound phone/calling to companies that have been targeted as potential new customers. Follow company sales/selling process for prospecting using provided selling technology tools.
    • Research the target market and create target lists using the ideal customer profile.
    • The two areas of selling will be rolled out in a phased approach.
      • Phase one is focusing on existing customers for a period time before next phase.
      • Phase two (net new selling) will be introduced once confidence of phase one gains success.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B customer and/or selling experience to US and/or Western country businesses.
  • Experience working with small to medium businesses that are extremely busy and tight on time.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly articulate product benefits and persuasively present upselling proposals.
  • Sales Acumen:
    • Proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and identifying customer needs.
  • Customer Focus:
    • A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with existing clients.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Ability to nurture long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Capability to analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and trends.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
