Level 2: Windows Administrator/Technician
Technical Skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting
  • Server and patch administration
  • Azure Cloud expertise
  • Security, identity, and email administration
  • Proficiency in all Level 1 technical tasks
Experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework, change management, and problem management
  • Scripting and automation using PowerShell, batch scripting, and APIs (Python is a plus but not required)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Remote Support Experience for a 200-300 seat organisation
  • Exposure to server/cloud technologies (e.g., Azure,other relevant platforms or specialization)
