Level 2: Windows Administrator/Technician
Technical Skills
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Server and patch administration
- Azure Cloud expertise
- Security, identity, and email administration
- Proficiency in all Level 1 technical tasks
Experience
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, change management, and problem management
- Scripting and automation using PowerShell, batch scripting, and APIs (Python is a plus but not required)
- Strong documentation skills
- Remote Support Experience for a 200-300 seat organisation
- Exposure to server/cloud technologies (e.g., Azure,other relevant platforms or specialization)
