Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Support Client Services in the preparation of proposals and tenders for client engagements.
● Attend introductory meetings with clients to understand their goals.
● Establish a work plan to help the client achieve their goals.
● Liaise with staff at all levels of client organisations to build bonds.
● Execute the work plan to a high standard, exceeding client expectations.
● Support Client Services with timely and accurate information about the progress of an engagement.

Experience

● Experience working with remote teams
● Experience installing, configuring, launching and maintaining Atlassian’s suite of applications to users,
especially in Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk and Bitbucket.
● Experience in mid-size companies (250+ users) and larger enterprises (10,000+ users)
● Experience with using and configuring Atlassian Marketplace plugins (ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira,
etc)
● Experience with both Cloud and Data Center at an Administration level
● Comprehensive understanding and practice of SDLC (including DVCS and Continuous Deployment)
● Experience in consulting, technical support and/or software development for the Atlassian product suite
● Experience in consulting services in Agile Development (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe) and/or ITSM / ITIL.
● Degree or equivalent education / work experience
Preferred Experience
● Good programming skills - Java, Javascript, Python, Groovy, SQL
● Experience in training either Agile and / or tooling solutions
