REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • 2 years worth of previous experience in customer service is required for this position 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy 
  • Completed at least 2 years in college
