complex information to both technical and non-technical
audiences.
• Able to well plan, schedule and monitor work to meet time
and quality targets.
• Effective facilitation of collaboration between stakeholders
• Ability to select appropriately from applicable standards,
methods, tools and applications.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate the importance of
security to own work and the operation of the organization,
seeking specialist security knowledge or advice when
required to support own work or work of immediate
colleagues.
Experience in
• 5+ years Business Analysis and exposure to Project Management
• Working in project environments
• Demonstrated capability & experience in leading a business
initiative, its processes and systems design in depth
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Scope Definition, Business Requirements, User Stories,
processes, data, traceability and acceptance criteria
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
