Inside Sales Specialist
Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
Business Development (90%)
- Prospecting
- Proactive Outbound Activity
- Create a professional and engaging first impression with our prospects and customers
- Effectively research & set appointments for Field Sales Reps
- Qualify potential leads through phone calls, emails and other methods
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in CRM and sheets
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting
- Run initial discovery calls to identify customer requirements and expectations in order to make tailored product recommendations
- Proactively seek new business opportunities with a predetermined set of inbound leads and outbound sales development activities
- Day to day tasks Include:
- Pre-call research and planning
- Cold and warm calling
- Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
- Update Sheets and CRM records
- Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Expectations
- 1-2 Years in similar sales or development role required
- Coachable, results driven and desire to meet and exceed outreach metrics
Qualifications
- Associates; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales or business development preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Communicates effectively and exercises judgment in disclosing or withholding confidential information ∙ Proficiency in Google Drive, and CRM software
