Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from customers related to their sales inquiries and existing orders.
  • Online Chat with potential customers through our live chat platform
  • Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues or concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in File Maker.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and issue resolution.
  • Continuous improvement of Product and Industry knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs
The Candidate:
Reporting to the Support Centre Manager while working with your team Leader the desired candidate will:
  • Have had at least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Highly engaged and collaborative
  • Basic Tyre Knowledge would be preffered
