Inbound Sales Consultant - Tyre Specialist
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers related to their sales inquiries and existing orders.
- Online Chat with potential customers through our live chat platform
- Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in File Maker.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and issue resolution.
- Continuous improvement of Product and Industry knowledge
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
The Candidate:
Reporting to the Support Centre Manager while working with your team Leader the desired candidate will:
- Have had at least 1 year experience in a similar role
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Highly engaged and collaborative
- Basic Tyre Knowledge would be preffered
