Position Overview - How your role makes a difference

A successful SEM Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the Digital team & client services teams in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.

Key responsibilities

  • New Account Set Up
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly and execute QA checklist
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide proactive recommendations for short and long-term campaign improvements
  • Coordinate campaign & ad copy build tasks to our offshore SEM team
  • Build post-campaign reports and spend recommendations
  • Adhoc requests - actioning ad changes, landing page changes, other campaign changes within 24-7

Essential Experience

  • At least 3 years' experience in Ad Google AdWords / search engine marketing, with other Digital Marketing experience highly
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing & measurement
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools desirable
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
