Duties & Responsibilities
- Unknown freight resolution involves both solving and minimizing unknown freight issues including coding for finance to pay
- Issuance of supplier chargebacks involving improper references and unauthorized shipping
- Police use of freight by suppliers and internal BDA personnel based on the rules of logistics
- Logistics invoice payments / general ledger (GL) coding of freight invoices for BDA finance can pay
- Audit freight invoices for accuracy
- Handle various projects as assigned by the Logistics Manager
- Logistics liaison in the BDA Philippines office
