Duties & Responsibilities

  • Unknown freight resolution involves both solving and minimizing unknown freight issues including coding for finance to pay
  • Issuance of supplier chargebacks involving improper references and unauthorized shipping
  • Police use of freight by suppliers and internal BDA personnel based on the rules of logistics
  • Logistics invoice payments / general ledger (GL) coding of freight invoices for BDA finance can pay
  • Audit freight invoices for accuracy
  • Handle various projects as assigned by the Logistics Manager  
  • Logistics liaison in the BDA Philippines office
