Presales Solution Architect
Description
Nexon is seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect with skills and experience aligned to End-to-End Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate multi-disciplinary managed services discussions across network, endpoint, infrastructure, cloud, security, and communications.
- Engage with customers and external stakeholders to understand their priorities, value drivers, and needs. Provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex technology and business problems.
- Develop scope and high-level designs for End-to-End managed services solutions, including:
- End User Support / Service Desk
- Device Management
- Modern Workplace productivity solutions (Microsoft / Office 365)
- Cloud & Network management (on-premises, private cloud, public cloud)
- Monitoring & Management toolsets
- ITIL Framework and ITSM processes and tools
- Transition & Onboarding
- Relationships with Nexon’s specialist services (e.g., Genesys, Cyber Security, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow)
- Facilitate high quality, timely managed services estimates for solutions and roadmaps to ensure effective and profitable quoting of solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Project Management, Business Operations, Sales Support, General Managers, and technical SMEs to ensure solution alignment and drive customer success.
- Undertake pre-sales engagements, including opportunity identification and qualification, define solution architecture, bill of materials, estimate effort, articulate requirement to solution mapping, and prepare quotations, statements of work, RFx responses in conjunction with Nexon Sellers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct customer-facing workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess areas of low maturity, confirm processes and requirements, and articulate priority areas and a recommended approach.
- Engage in Presales handover and Customer kick-off meetings to ensure requirements and value drivers are agreed upon and clearly understood between Customer, PMO, and Delivery Teams.
- Contribute to the development of a high-performing team that can build trust with the business and our customers to deliver high-quality services and effectively navigate through a continually changing technology landscape.
- Drive the continuous improvement of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with operational/delivery experience desirable.
- Relevant tertiary education certificate (favourable).
- Relevant technical/vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Public Cloud, Networking, ITIL Foundation) (favourable).
- Working knowledge of multiple vendor products, including ITSM tools (ServiceNow), Monitoring & RMM tools, Microsoft / Office 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, and Fortinet.
