Support Administrator

You will work collaboratively with producers and multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to achieving the highest standards.
The Role
As a Support Producer, your primary focus will be to provide operational support to the production team. Your responsibilities will include:
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Task follow-up: Tracking and ensuring the timely progress of tasks assigned to the project teams.
- Information collation: Gathering, organising, and presenting information required for project updates, client communications, and internal reporting.
- Tracking and reporting: Maintaining up-to-date project tracking tools, including Asana, Everhour, Jira, and Confluence, and generating status reports as needed.
- Operational support: Assisting producers with resource allocation, scheduling, and other day-to-day operational activities.
- Documentation management: Ensuring project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and Statement of Work (scoping) documents, are accurate.
- Client and team coordination: Supporting client communication and internal collaboration to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- 12 months or more of agency experience managing digital projects.
- Consultative approach when dealing with clients and internal team members.
- Familiarity with forecasting, estimating, and budget-tracking skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks, and deliver to deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands and complex requirements.
- Familiarity with project planning software such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet (or similar), Confluence, etc.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to embrace Devotion's "how do we do this better"
mantra. - Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail.
You may have these, but they’re definitely not essential:
- Experience with content management systems (Kentico, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, etc.).
- Understanding of digital production processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools or automated marketing systems.
