PRIMARY FUNCTION

We are looking for an SEM and SEO expert to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities and organic search campaigns. A successful SEM and SEO Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget, the organic keyword rankings and SEO strategy, create landing pages, and work with the marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Plan, manage and execute an SEO strategy to increase traffic to the website.
  • Plan, manage and execute an SEM strategy to increase traffic to the website within the agreed budget.
  • Conducts keyword research analysis and recommendations.
  • Performs analysis and generates monthly technical analysis reports with recommendations on needed adjustments.
  • Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels.
  • Create landing pages using HubSpot.
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance to stakeholders including leads, conversions and ROI.
  • Provide recommendations to increase lead generation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years' experience in search engine marketing is required, with other Digital Marketing experience highly regarded.
  • Experience in campaign management across Paid and Owned Channels is required - SEM, SEO
  • Experience in the following platforms is required:
    • Adwords, GDN, Display and Paid Marketing Platforms
    • Google Analytics, Tag Management
  • Proven Lead Generation and online customer acquisition experience is required.
  • Must be able to perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
  • Experience in creating landing pages on HubSpot is required.
  • Must be proactive in campaign improvements and following up on ongoing recommendations.
  • Ability to Co-ordinate campaign & ad copy, as well as develop and implement link building campaigns is a must.
  • Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM & SEO & measurement.
  • Must be able to track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Experience in providing SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages is required.
  • Experience in providing recommendations and executing/managing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific – is required.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a busy environment within a small team is a must.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking to develop high performing campaigns is required.
  • Experience in Business-to-Business is required.
