Ecommerce Coordinator

Description

As the Ecommerce Coordinator, you are responsible for achieving online sales targets by monitoring site and product performance across the cient's owned channels and marketplaces, as well as the efficient and accurate uploading of product information across these channels.

Product Enrichment & Marketplace Coordination
  • Coordinate & optimise product enrichment across owned and external channels, including MYER and QANTAS.
  • Ensure accuracy and enhance product titles, descriptions, images (including resizing) and keywords.
  • Work closely with the ecommerce team to develop and execute effective marketplace promotions.
  • Monitor and review the client brands on Marketplace site to ensure it’s presented in line with brand standards and exposure is maximised to drive trade.
  • Own releasing product inline with the client's stockdrops across channels.
Online Sales & Site Performance
  • Drive the end-to-end customer experience across the client's owned and marketplace channels. 
  • Implement e-commerce trade plans in line with CX Calendar
  • Set up & test online trade promotions, including discount codes
Quality Assurance & User Experience
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness across the client's owned channels and marketplaces 
  • Report any discrepancies or issues with product listings to the buying team
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve listing errors promptly.
  • Continual improvement / adjustment to site experience based on customer data, click-tracking and heat mapping tools
Reporting & Analytics
  • Analyse the website daily and weekly through google reporting and sales data
  • Analyse and assess the performance of products and categories to determine strategic insights and outcomes to drive sales across all channels

EXPERIENCE | QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Shopify or equivalent platform (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop
