Junior E-Commerce Development Coordinator (SO2)

Job summary: 

The Junior E-Commerce Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the eCommerce development team in all ongoing management related tasks with a focus on ensure data and content is available and accurate year-round. 

This role will also be expected to participate in projects as test users and/or completing allocated tasks during project development and implementation. 

No prior experience is required - if you are a quick learner with great tech skills, we are happy to train you. 






Key Performance Indicators 

E-commerce Content and Site Management 

Actions data management related tasks for all website related elements. 

Monitors & regular tests pricing across all King Living websites.  

Working directly with other business units to ensure department specific content is kept accurate and up to date. 

Uses data management tools to pull, update/manipulate and upload data in an efficient manner. 

E-commerce strategy executed as agreed. 


Responsible data is kept up to date and current within agreed KPI’s 



Digital Transformation 

Assisting in the onboarding of new technologies that will ensure the companies ecommerce sites will be industry leaders 

Assisting in the onboarding or developing of new technologies/processes that enable online sales to increase across all ecommerce sites 

Assisting in the onboarding or developing of new technologies/processes that improve the customer experience on all ecommerce sites 

Digital innovations and enhancements in place.  


Site Maintenance & Administration  

Reports any bugs and issues that arise with the websites to the manager or directly to the web development agency where appropriate 

Actioning all relevant escalated support desk requests that relate to user experience or content 

Supporting help desk with other ticket related to ecommerce when required 

Digital innovations and enhancements in place.  


Site metrics and analytics evidence improved performance. 


Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude. 

Works collaboratively with all relevant departments in both the production and retail arms to achieve team objectives.  

Clear and positive communication with all departments.   


Positive feedback and high levels of engagement from stakeholder group.
