Description
Core Technical Competencies:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications
· Knowledge of Helpdesk ticketing systems
· Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Win 10)
· PC Hardware maintenance experience (diagnosing faults, updates, and installations)
