Other Responsibilities

  • Act in a manner at all times that complies with the requirements of occupational health & safety. Report any incidences to your supervisor/manager. Promote a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for EEO, anti-discrimination, harassment and environmental management.
  • Comply with company procedures, policies and practices and the conditions. Procedures, policies and practices are modified from time to time to suit the needs of our business and its clients. It is your responsibility to ensure you maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable procedures, policies and practices.
  • To ensure a flexible and multi skilled workplace, you may be required to perform other tasks and roles requested of you by your manager. Additional training will be provided when necessary to equip you with additional skills.
  • Reasonable overtime will be required from time to time to achieve the requirements of the role and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the successful outcomes of the department by promoting team work, assisting others when required and displaying a friendly and helpful manner.

Personal Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of EDRMS / ECM process and underlying technology.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering effective presentations
  • An open, fair, positive ‘can do’ attitude.
