Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consolidate and monitor the inventory of equipment purchased by Satellite Office
  • Monitor the movement of assets to other locations
  • Submit movement of Assets to the Client Services Director for approval and documentation
  • Consolidate and monitor repair status of equipment
  • Consolidate and report summary of disposal and retirement of equipment per month
  • Coordinates and keep record of claim for equipment under warranty
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment repair schedule
  • In-charge of disposal of unrepairable equipment
  • Record, monitor and analyze spare parts usage and lifespan
  • Monitor accomplishment of Job Orders for equipment repair
  • Printing of Asset Tags
  • Performs other task which may assign from time to time.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to work Australian hours (Sydney)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Doc, Sheets, Mail, Calendar
  • Experience with Australian businesses is beneficial

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable College or University preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in a BPO setting
