Job Task and Responsibilities:
To be successful in this position, SB Bookkeeping needs someone who has extensive knowledge using MYOB and XERO system and can perform the following task:
- Set up and implementation of client bookkeeping files
- Data Entry - receivables and payables
- Invoicing
- Accurate review of client files to locate errors in coding
- Processing payroll including superannuation
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing journals
- Preparation of BAS and IAS lodgments
- Finalizing EFY Single Touch Payroll
- Liaising with clients
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experiences
- Ability to hit deadlines and work in a fact paced environment
- Exceptional attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "Team player"
