Job Task and Responsibilities:

To be successful in this position, SB Bookkeeping needs someone who has extensive knowledge using MYOB and XERO system and can perform the following task:

  • Set up and implementation of client bookkeeping files
  • Data Entry - receivables and payables
  • Invoicing
  • Accurate review of client files to locate errors in coding
  • Processing payroll including superannuation 
  • Bank reconciliation 
  • Processing journals
  • Preparation of BAS and IAS lodgments
  • Finalizing EFY Single Touch Payroll
  • Liaising with clients

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experiences
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work in a fact paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "Team player"
