Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.
  • Must have recent MSP experience
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Experience with Citrix technologies such as XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
 
 
Desirable Qualifications:
 
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator
