Project Manager
Description
This role will involve managing and overseeing projects across various regions, including North
America, APAC, and Europe. In addition to executing these projects, the individual in this role
will be responsible for providing regular updates to regional stakeholders regarding the status
of all ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
• Ensure customers onboarding and deployment is handled right from the 'sales' stage;
identify milestones, stakeholders, and implications for other work
• Review internal processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and
productivity
• Drive projects to completion, including finding solutions for roadblocks, coordinating
deliverables, and holding team members accountable to their commitments
• Communicate project status, seek input, and build open communication across teams
• Give project stakeholders clear insight on project status, timelines, and potential
obstacles
• Maintain Gantt charts that roll up into larger project and program charts
• Maintain project documentation, issue management, change requests and change
management
• Proactively communicate with peers and stakeholders on plans, progress, and problems
• Lead retros after projects are completed to identify areas for improvement for project
managers, stakeholders, and project teams
• Define, maintain, and analyse the people KPIs; surface trends and opportunities
• Define, collect, and analyse project metrics; derive insights from metrics to improve
future project processes
