Description

  • 3+ years’ experience in Order Management, Processing and fulfilling customer provisioning requests and orders
  • 3+ years’ experience Product Knowledge of telecommunications products & services, such as Voice Carriage, SIP/RTP, Mobile, Fax/Landline services, Data services, and Billing.
  • Advanced stakeholder management experience (internal and external)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Willing to develop professionally and to learn and support other technology
  • Advanced customer service skills with an exceptional phone manner and excellent written communication skills.
  • Previous contact centre experience, and Network monitoring experience, is an asset.
