- Lead and execute hands-on SI validation and root-cause analysis activities in a lab environment, ensuring technical rigor and timely results.
- Standardize and enhance test methodologies, reporting practices, and measurement quality metrics across teams and projects.
- Drive innovation by continuously improving enterprise-wide measurement processes and advocating for best practices in lab testing.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers, fostering a culture of learning, problem-solving, and technical excellence.
- Champion measurement–simulation correlation improvements, institutionalizing consistent and reliable testing standards.
- Approve major test plans and acceptance criteria, ensuring cross-lab repeatability and high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain traceability of equipment, setups, and data using approved systems to support project integrity and compliance.
- Author clear technical documentation and validation summaries for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to influence project direction, resolve technical challenges, and meet organizational goals.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Signal Integrity, including experience in a high-speed electrical test environment
- Expert experience with SI instrumentation and test automation; standardizes methods across teams
- Expert experience applying DOE and statistical analysis to improve test confidence and throughput
- BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related; MS preferred
