Maintenance Technician – HDR
Shift 1: Monday to Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Shift 2: Monday to Saturday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Technical support for production equipment (Mechanical, electric, electronic, etc.)
- Follow up instructions for preventative maintenance and machine verifications.
- Attend all machines and equipment issues.
- Measure tooling/parts and use corporate prints and technical documentation to provide solutions for production machines as needed.
- Perform troubleshooting processes and escalations following established procedures.
- Follow procedures to set up/Adjust production machines.
- Communicate through shifts important information regarding machines status, spares, etc.
- Work with the engineering, quality, and operations team in improvement opportunities and joint venture initiatives.
- Any other job-related functions as requested by the Maintenance Coordinator or manager.
- Must lift weights up to 50 pounds, sit for long periods of time.
- Use the safety equipment required to perform your duties (earplugs, safety glasses, and other protective equipment).

- Formal Technical Education as Electro-Mechanic, Machinist, Electrotechnical, Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance.
- At least 3 years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Great teamwork(member/leader) & communication skills.
- Proactive & eager to improve.
- Proficient when working under pressure.
