Summary/Objective
To monitor, control, and maintain plating bath parameters within specified limits. To perform gold usage analysis and update gold usage standards and reports.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Perform daily analyses of plating solutions according to the schedule on Truechem system.
根据Truechem系统的时间表执行电镀液的日常分析
- Change out and make up new plating solutions according to the bath replacement schedule.
根据电镀母槽更换时间表更换并补充新的电镀液
- Make bath additions and adjustments based on bath analysis and production requirements.
根据槽液分析和生产要求进行浴液添加和调整。
- Collect and send monthly bath samples of all plating solutions for testing by the manufacturer. Compare supplier results to Samtec lab results;

- Collect plated samples and perform gold usage analysis. Reporting results to the Plating team.

- Perform Hull-Cell testing, Adjust plating baths though Hull-Cell test result.

- Perform porosity test and participate in investigation of porosity failure;

- Perform 5S round the Lab area;

- Participate in QMS, EMS related works;

- Other job related duties as assigned by management.

- Asist to the production and QA team for investigating and solving the quality issue.

Required Experience
1.Above 1 years related work experience in plating laboratory
1年以上电镀实验室相关工作经验
2.Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.

3.Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

4.Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).

Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or GED. On the job experience can replace or supplement educational requirements
