Job title: PLANNER SUPERVISOR

Summary/Objective: The Planner Supervisor role is to plan, manage, monitor and follow-up on delivery schedule, OTD and expedites for PE order. Monitor production activities and analyze production data so that to optimize resources and performance matrix. Coordinate with corporate planning team for series and hours transfer to Asia.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Review & coordinate parts for transfer from NA to Asia.
2. Coordinating of qualifications build, review tooling capability and material readiness
3. “Large Order Expedites” review and scheduling
4. Review capacity and forecast send from worldwide customers
5. Review production capacity vs tooling on hand, ensure sufficient capacity to meet requirements
6. Coordinate with customer service and work centre on pull in/push out request
7. Review, monitor and provide reporting on work centers past due and OTD target
8. Monitor and follow up on delivery schedule for sample orders
9. Coordinate with customer service and work center on pull in/push out request
10. Coordinate with order management team for priority order request
11. Work with material planner for material set-up and min bal setting
12. Work with inventory to review for slow moving items and disposition
13. Hours balancing between facilities and work centers
14. Monitor the hours loading and review to achieve run ahead target
15. Update transferred ASP list, capability list

Required Experience:
- 5 years in related / similar position
- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / related technical or equivalent experience.
Training required:
- On the Job Training as appropriate.
