Position Overview 職位概述:
The Engineering Project Coordinator is responsible for creating project plans and monitoring active projects. They work closely with project resources and managers to ensure schedules are up to date and escalate scheduling conflicts to management. The Project Coordinator also generates project status updates and program-level reporting. They work under the program manager's direction to ensure departmental processes are followed.

What you'll be doing 你會負責:
1. Gather project requirements and create schedules and timelines appropriate to the project's complexity, priorities, and deliverables.
根據專案需求、複雜程度、優先順序及交付目標,建立並規劃適當的專案時程與執行計畫。
2. Monitor schedules of multiple projects within the project tracking system.
運用專案管理系統追蹤及監控多個專案進度,確保各項專案依計畫推進。
3. Follow up with a wide range of project resources to keep up to date on task status.
與跨部門團隊及專案相關人員密切合作,追蹤各項任務執行狀況,確保專案資訊即時更新。
4. Make edits to schedule plans due to scope, execution, and priority changes.
依據專案範圍、執行狀況及優先順序變更,適時調整專案時程與執行計畫。
5. Create reports and status updates on project information and present to upper management.
彙整專案進度、關鍵指標及執行狀況,定期製作管理報表並向管理階層進行專案狀態報告。
6. Maintain contact and foster relationships with project resources, managers, and customers.
與專案團隊成員、主管及客戶保持良好溝通與合作關係,促進專案順利執行。
7. Escalate project risks and issues that could impact projects and carry out response plans determined by management.
主動識別可能影響專案進度、品質或交付成果的風險與問題,並依管理階層指示執行應對方案。
8. Attend project & staff update meetings to gather information, some of which may be scheduled during non-traditional office hours due to projects developed in both North America and Asia.
參與專案及團隊會議,掌握最新專案進展與相關資訊。因專案團隊分布於北美及亞洲地區,部分會議可能需配合跨時區於非一般上班時間進行。
9. Provide feedback to program managers on process improvements that drive down time to market and improve efficiency.
向 Program Manager 提出流程改善建議,以提升專案執行效率、縮短產品開發週期及加速產品上市時程。
