Summary/Objective 概要/目标： 
Responsible for process operations on the live part of the production order.
负责生产订单现场部分的流程操作.            
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities 基本职能/职责： 
  • Responsible for the receipt of the order materials, label printing, the company production system operation. 
      负责订单物料的领取，标签打印，公司生产系统操作； 
  • Responsible for the operation of the machine, receiving material, appearance inspection, printing label storage 
  负责机台的操作，收料，外观检查，打印标签入库； 
  • Responsible for the machine around the 5S, machine check and so on. 
  •   负责机台周边的5S，机台点检等。 
  • Responsible to do die basic repaired, change over, maintenance and record for mass production.
  •   负责量产模具的常规维修，切换，保养并做好记录 
  • Ensure quality of production and complete the order in time.
  •   保证生产品质并及时完成订单。 
  • Responsible for stamping equipment maintenance and record
  •   负责对机台设备进行维护保养并做记录 
  • Responsible for assisting assembly engineer to do die part management and die optimization.
  • 负责协助组立工程师进行模具零件管理和冲模优化

Required Experience 经验要求： 
  • More than 5 years’ experience in die repair and maintenance.                             
5年以上模具维修保养经验 
  • Familiar with terminal, stamping, cutting, vision inspection, grinder and other equipment, have debug and operation skills.
熟悉端子、冲压、裁切、视觉检测、磨床等设备，有调试及使用技能。 
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅； 
  • Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪； 
  • Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations.  May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).  May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
危害和大气条件：必须遵守部门安全规章制度。可能暴露在噪音中（需要佩戴防护用品）。可能接触危险材料和化学品（要求佩戴安全眼镜和其他防护用品）。 
 
Preferred Education优先学历要求： 
Junior high school or high school education
初中或高中以上学历

  • Mold or mechanical aspects

  • Familiar with Office software
