Human Resources Coordinator (Full time Contract- 10-month contract)
Description
Summary/Objective: The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and employee’s development as well as company administrative function.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Work with hiring managers and schedule pre-recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
2. Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
3. Schedule phone and in person interviews, gather follow-up information from hiring managers for follow-up to candidates.
4. Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
5. Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, Job description administration etc.
6. Manage the student/co-op program for all areas, including attendance at job fairs, campus career days, etc.
7. Conduct orientation session for new associate/s.
8. General human resource related administrative duties.
9. Special projects; as and when assigned by management.

【10-month contract position with Samtec and may be extended based on the business requirements.】
Required Experience
1. 0-1 or above years’ in related/ similar experience.
2. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Preferred Education
3. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / related technical or equivalent experience.
Training required:
1. On the job training as appropriate.
