Job Title: ENGINEERING SUPPORT GROUP – LAB TECHNICIAN/ ESG實驗室助理工程師
Summary/Objective: The ESG Test Lab Technician’s primary role is to conduct various forms of mechanical/electrical testing on a day-to-day basis. ESG 測試實驗室技術員的主要職責是進行各種形式的日常機械/電氣測試。
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities. 主要負責工作事項
1. Complete the design qualification test for NA and TDC engineering (如期完成設計驗證測試)
2. Make the DVT test report for TDC and NA (執行DVT測試)
3. Provide failure analysis and report to engineer. (提供失效分析報告)
4. Test equipment maintenance and trouble shooting. (實驗室測試設備的維護和檢修)
5. Assist engineer to perform the customer complaint or verification test. (協助工程師執行客訴不良樣品分析和確認測試)
6. Assist engineer to design and improve the test fixtures. (協助工程師產品設計和改善測試治具)
7. Communicate and support to related departments. (和相關部門溝通和支援)
Required Experience 所需工作經驗
Has 2 years Connectors test experience, be familiar with the test equipments. (二年連接器測試相關經驗, 孰悉相關測試設備)
Preferred Education: 教育程度
College Degree /Junior College Degree 專科以上學歷
Training required: 公司提供所需相關培訓
1. training on Samtec elab system, be familiar with GR&R. 使用E-Lab系統, 熟悉GR&R檢定
2. understand connector LLCR,normal force,CCC,mating&unmating force,IR/DWV test, scrupulous.了解連接器產品的LLCR, normal force, mating/unmatring force, IR/DW測試
3. familiar with office software. 電腦Office軟體操作 (ex. Excel, Word, PPT)
4. familiar with EIA,Mil standard 相關產品國際標準 (ex. EIS, MIL)
Languages: Chinese / English (中文/英文-聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等)
