Summary/Objective
此職務類別主要負責將各種機械零件組裝成完整的機械設備並進行各項測試以確保設備能夠正常運作且符合設計規範與品質標準。工作內容涵蓋從零件識別、組裝、調試到性能檢測等多個環節，還需具備各種量測設備的使用能力，此外熟悉各種加工機械的使用以利於零件需要及時修改，以及零件的加工製造。
This job category is mainly responsible for assembling various mechanical parts into complete mechanical equipment and conducting various tests to ensure that the equipment can operate normally and meet design specifications and quality standards. The work content covers multiple aspects from parts identification, assembly, debugging to performance testing. You also need to have the ability to use various measuring equipment. In addition, you must be familiar with the use of various processing machinery to facilitate timely modification of parts and the processing and manufacturing of parts.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- 協助機械組裝和調整、執行測試以確保最佳性能、回饋機械設計工程師相關問題點、數據和建議。
Assist with mechanical assembly and adjustments, perform testing to ensure optimal performance, and provide feedback to mechanical design engineers on relevant problem points, data and suggestions.
- 根據機械工程圖紙準確組裝零件，確保產品符合質量標準。
Accurately assemble parts according to mechanical engineering drawings to ensure product meets quality standards.
- 熟悉各種量測儀器的使用，如: 分離卡、指針式量表、投影機等各種量測儀器的正確使用方法，檢查零件間隙以及相關組裝公差。
Be familiar with the use of various measuring instruments, such as: the correct use of separation cards, pointer gauges, projectors and other measuring instruments, and check the clearance of parts and related assembly tolerances.
- 使用鑿、銼、刮及其他輔助工具，並依鑽床、磨床等配合作業將零件排列、定位、對準，並用板鉗、扳手、螺絲起子、剪鉗、夾具手工具予以裝配。
Use chisels, files, scrapers and other auxiliary tools, and coordinate with drilling machines, grinders, etc. to arrange, position, and align parts, and assemble them with wrenches, wrenches, screwdrivers, shears, and clamp hand tools.
- 熟悉磨床、銑床、車床等相關加工機械的使用，知道如何善用夾治具固定加工件以及正確的加工方式，確保加工零件以及修改零件的品質。
Be familiar with the use of grinders, milling machines, lathes and other related processing machinery, know how to use fixtures to fix workpieces and the correct processing methods to ensure the quality of processed parts and modified parts.
- 根據圖紙和工藝要求，操作車床、銑床、磨床等各類機械設備進行零件加工與零件修改。
According to drawings and process requirements, operate lathes, milling machines, grinders and other mechanical equipment to process parts and modify parts.
- 定期檢查和保養機械設備，確保其正常運行，並在故障時進行基本修理或報修。
Regularly inspect and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure normal operation and perform basic repairs or call for repairs in case of failure.
- 維持車間環境整潔，落實5S目標。
Maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment and implement 5S goals.
- 配合其他部門完成生產目標，確保生產進度按計劃進行。
Cooperate with other departments to complete production targets and ensure production progress as planned.
- 參加公司提供的技術培訓，不斷提升自身的專業技能。
Participate in technical training provided by the company and continuously improve your professional skills.

Required Experience
- 5-10年工作經驗 5-10 Years’ Experience.
Preferred Education
- 專科或大學以上學歷 College Diploma or University degree or above.
