Summary/Objective:  The Test Technician is responsible for supporting Samtec HDR (High Data Rate) Cable Assembly Work Centers for all Cable Electrical Test.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 主要职责 
  • Work as point of contact for escalation of LSET/HSET issues for HDR Tech team 
作为HDR技术团队低速电测/高速电测问题升级的联络点 
  • Provide floor support for Silverlode related issue and escalate to ATG Engineers as needed 
为现场Silverlode相关问题提供支持，并在需要时升级至ATG工程师 
  • Work as liaison between HDR Technician team and ATG Engineers 
充当HDR技术团队和ATG工程师之间的联络人 
  • Create Electrical Test using Test Designer for LSET 
使用Test  Designer为低速电测创建程序 
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers on Optimization projects based off Test Yield Data 
在改善项目上根据测试直通率与制程工程师进行合作 
  • Create and maintain training and process documentation with oversite from ATG Engineers 
在ATG工程师的监督下创建和维护电气测试培训、流程文档 
  • Assist ATG Engineers in completion of PTS projects

The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position. Associates may be asked to perform additional tasks depending on strengths and capabilities.

Preferred Experience: 优先考虑经验 
  • Familiar with LSET, HSET, signal integrity test. 熟悉低速电测，高速电测，信号完整性测试   
  • Strong interpersonal, technical, verbal, and written communication skills are a must. 必须具有较强的人际交往、技术、口头和书面沟通能力。 
  • Proficient is MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). 精通MS Office应用程序（PowerPoint，Excel，Word，Outlook）。 
  • Must be a self-starter with strong leadership skills. 必须具备自驱力，较强自我领导能力。 
  • 2 – 5 Years’ Experience in a Technical & Manufacturing environment. 有2-5年的生产制造和技术经验。 
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅 
  • Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪 
  • Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations.  May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).  May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).

Education:
  • Above college degree. 大专以上学历。 
  • Electrical control, electrocommunication, computer related major. 电气控制，电信，计算机等相关专业。 
  • Technical degree is a plus. 技术学位是一个加分项。 
Training Required:  
1.On the job training as appropriate. 根据需要进行岗位培训。
