1. 目視檢查Visual inspection 2. 使用卡尺及光學檢驗工具Using equipment like calipers, micrometers, pin gauge 3. 識圖能力Reading engineering drawing and comparing them with the finished product |
三、工作內容說明 |
(一) 每日例行性工作 |
1.產品量測 In process inspection 2.二次加工作業 Secondary process / Deburr 3.每日生產紀錄Daily production record (ITS,POT) |
(二) 每週例行性工作 |
1.作業環境5S維持 cleaning of the workplace (ROCK) |
