For our location in B’nei Brak, Israel we are looking, effective immediately, for a full-time, permanent

Inside Sales Representative 

This position is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships by providing "Sudden Service" to our existing customers while proactively driving revenue growth through customer engagement.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing customers by e-mail and telephone
    • Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
    • Prepare quotations independently and follow up with customers.
    • Communicate and clarify customer requirements with relevant internal Samtec departments.
    • Drive personal development through all training opportunities including systems and products
    • Develop strong customer relationships and expand your knowledge of industry applications to better understand customer needs.
    • Grow sales through collaboration with the field sales team

What we expect from you 

    • 4-5 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment
    • Knowledge of electronic interconnect or semiconductor technologies is an advantage but not a requirement. Detailed product training is part of the induction period
    • A commercial or technical qualification, or related discipline, is an advantage but not essential.
    • Very good spoken and written communication skills in English
    • Strong customer and service orientation as well as team spirit
    • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively across the organization and with customer base
    • A passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset 
    • Flexibility and high resilience
    • A well-organised and structured approach to work
    • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
