Summary/Objective 概要/目标: 
Debug and run the equipment for the new product assembly line. Work with Process engineer and Operator, on resolving process issue, improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, cost and changeover.
为新产品装配线调试或运行设备。 与过程工程师和操作员合作，解决过程问题，提高生产率，效率，良率，成本和转换.
 
Essential Functions/Responsibilities 基本职能/职责:
  • Perform New product equipment audit and regular maintenance.
进行新产品设备审核和定期维护。 
  • Debug new product assembly line, run the NR order, do defects record, do pre-analysis and provide input to process engineer.
调试新产品装配线，运行NR订单，记录缺陷，进行预分析并向过程工程师提供输入。 
  • Checking sample and collecting data from process.  Working with process engineer for continue improvement.
检查样品并从过程中收集数据。 与过程工程师合作以持续改进。 
  • Work with Process engineer on generating new product equipment operation procedure and safety notes.
与过程工程师一起制定新的产品设备操作程序和安全说明。 
  • Assist to train the operator for new product development, coach the operator to solve the process problem. 协助培训操作员做好新产品开发，指导操作员去解决制程问题。

Required Experience/Education 经验要求： 
  • 2+ experience as technician for New Product development.
2年以上新产品开发技术人员的经验。 
  • Familiar with operating inspection equipment,
能熟悉操作检测设备。 
  • Stamping and Molding manufacturing experience is a strong plus. 
具有冲压，塑模生产经验者优先。 
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
            起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅 
  • Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
          必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪。 
  • Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations.  May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).  May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
    危害和大气条件：必须遵守部门安全规章制度。可能暴露在噪音中（需要佩戴防护用品）。可能接触危险材料和化学品（要求佩戴安全眼镜和其他防护用品）。 
 
Preferred Education 优先学历要求： 
Graduated from Technical Secondary School in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) required.
中专毕业，制造/机械等专业。 
 
Training Required 培训要求： 
Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection, MV measuring equipment programming, machine equipment operation safety training, basic knowledge of electrical control.
品质控制和检验基础知识，MV测量设备编程，机器设备操作安全培训，电气控制基础知识
