Signal Integrity (SI) Test Engineer

- Define program-level SI validation strategy
- Standardize methods and reporting
- Lead root-cause analysis activities
- Mentor engineers on problem-solving approaches
- Establish correlation strategies and metrics
- Drive automation/reporting standardization
- Approve significant test plans and acceptance criteria; ensure cross-lab repeatability
- Ensure traceability across equipment, setups, and data utilizing appropriate and approved systems
- Author technical documentation and validation summaries for internal and external audiences
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Signal Integrity, including experience in a high-speed electrical test environment
- Expert experience with SI instrumentation and test automation; standardizes methods across teams
- Expert experience applying DOE and statistical analysis to improve test confidence and throughput
- Strong data analysis skills, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Experience working in a production
- Bachelors in Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field. MS degree is preferred.
- Experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
