Power Platform Developer
Shift: Monday to Friday de 6:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
Summary:
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, and RPA. (Power BI is a plus)
- Lead development of custom connectors and workflows, including integration with Azure services and token-based authentication.
- Support the portfolio of applications, flows and other under power platform SLA Standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform applications and environments.
- Apply Data Loss Prevention Policies (DLPP) and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and citizen developers, contributing to training initiatives and the Power Platform Learning Center.
- Participate in strategic sessions and scoping calls to align development efforts with business goals.
- Apply environment hygiene principles to proactively managing unused apps and flows
- Exploratory development, Introducing RPA, Copilot agents, and multimodal solutions
- Citizen Developer enablement, training and certifying internal users to build compliant solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development, or software developer experience.
- Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, RPA, and Azure integration.
- Hands-on experience with attended and unattended RPA development using Power Automate Desktop, including UI automation, desktop automation, and bot orchestration.
- Experience with Solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate for packaging, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of standard and premium connectors, including secure and efficient connection management across environments.
- Familiarity with process mining and task mining using Microsoft-native tools such as Power Automate Process Mining, with the ability to analyze and optimize business workflows.
- Experience with data modeling, API integration, and custom connectors.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and environment management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
Preferred skills:
- C#, JavaScript, SQL
- Azure Active Directory and token services
- Experience with environment setup and role-based access control
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and default environment isolation.
