Summary/Objective
The Plating Operator will safely follow the plating processes to produce the highest achievable quality with a high degree of accuracy. This person will operate reel-to-reel or barrel plating equipment.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities. 
  • Know, understand, and follow all safety procedures.
理解并遵循所有安全程序 
  • Follow the approved processes and notify the supervisor if unable to do so.
按照批准的流程进行操作，不能做到及时通知主管 
  • Know and understand how to get the X-pin according to the order in the raw materials stocked area.
知道及了解如何通过订单在原材料存储区找到所需的原材料 
  • Perform the solder splice and follow up the splice through each process.
焊接接头，同时了解如何跟随接头通过每个工序 
  • Knowledge of how to identify the defect of raw material during pay off
能鉴别出原材料的不良 
  • Know and understand how to operate pay-off machine.
了解并能操作放料设备 
  • Perform the line maintenance according to the requirements. 
执行电镀线的维护保养. 
  • Maintain and reduce scrap levels.
维持并降低报废率 
  • Assistance the take up  & set-up operators / Supervisors works.
协助收料员/调试人员/主管的工作. 
  • Handle hazardous material using the proper PPE equipment.
穿戴合适的劳保用品操作 
  • Line ROCK implement or other tasks that assigned by supervisor.

Required Experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment; preferably in a plating or chemical environment. 有制造业工作经验，最好是适应在电镀或化学环境中。 
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail & have great organizational skills. 细心及有很强的组织能力。 
  • Needs to be able to work in a chemical environment and high-decibel environment. 能适应化学环境和高分贝（噪音）环境下工作。 
  • Basic computer skills are required. 需要具备基本的电脑技能。 
  1. Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
            起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅. 
  1. Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

  1. Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations.  May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).  May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).

Preferred Education
