Summary/Objective: To ensure end use and systems are functioning properly

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

  • Take on day to day maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Support daily issues from global Samtec.
  • Support daily issues from Help Desk, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Administer Samtec NA systems as responsibilities are assigned.
  • Responsible for the company IT operations equipment include hardware, network infrastructure and servers
  • Any other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
  • Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.

Required Experience

1. 1-3 years related experience / similar position.

Preferred Education:

  • Diploma in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or any other similar technologies is a plus.
