Summary/Objective: To ensure end use and systems are functioning properly
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Take on day to day maintenance tasks and projects.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Support daily issues from global Samtec.
- Support daily issues from Help Desk, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Administer Samtec NA systems as responsibilities are assigned.
- Responsible for the company IT operations equipment include hardware, network infrastructure and servers
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
- Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.

Required Experience
1. 1-3 years related experience / similar position.
Preferred Education:
- Diploma in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or any other similar technologies is a plus.
