Summary/Objective
The Plating Operator will safely follow the plating processes to produce the highest achievable quality with a high degree of accuracy. This person will operate reel-to-reel or barrel plating equipment.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Know, understand, and follow all safety procedures.

- Follow the approved processes and notify the supervisor if unable to do so.

- Know and understand how to get the X-pin according to the order in the raw materials stocked area.

- Perform the solder splice and follow up the splice through each process.

- Knowledge of how to identify the defect of raw material during pay off
能鉴别出原材料的不良
- Know and understand how to operate pay-off machine.

- Perform the line maintenance according to the requirements.

- Maintain and reduce scrap levels.
维持并降低报废率
- Assistance the take up & set-up operators / Supervisors works.
协助收料员/调试人员/主管的工作.
- Handle hazardous material using the proper PPE equipment.

Required Experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment; preferably in a plating or chemical environment. 有制造业工作经验，最好是适应在电镀或化学环境中。
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail & have great organizational skills. 细心及有很强的组织能力。
- Needs to be able to work in a chemical environment and high-decibel environment. 能适应化学环境和高分贝（噪音）环境下工作。
- Basic computer skills are required. 需要具备基本的电脑技能。
- Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.

- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
