Job title: HDR Maintenance Supervisor  HDR维护主管

Summary/Objective

1.       PM complete rate:100%, managed TPG inventory and Key equipment (HZ Machine Expansion) make sure production line good running, and provide enough machine /mold make sure quality and orders delivery date

PM及时完成率：100% ， TPG仓库进出管理， 与关键设备管理（HZ Machine Expansion）: 确保产线机台模具正常、有效运转，并提供足量的机台模具设备以保证产品质量与订单交期；

2.       Upgrade the production line tech, and monitor

生产线技术支持与监督产线任何可能影响制造成本或增加质量风险的行为并提出改善建议；

3.       Follow up the New product transform and sample, quantification the new mold and machine

新Release产品或其它工厂导入的产品与前期打样批准与制造技术培训，新模具机台的验证与模具转移工作；

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

1.         Leader department TPM item

主导部门TPM项目推行；

2.         Responsible for the development of PM plan of production, make sure equipment normal running, leader maintenance personal to maintain the equipment.

负责生产线设备PM计划的制定与日常性的实施，确保所有的生产设备正常运行，领导维修人员做好设备维护；

3.         Preform ASC system, regular data analysis. Communicate and negotiate improvement plan with colleagues of CEG/NA for repeat abnormal equipment;

执行监督ASC, 定期数据分析，针对重复出现异常设备与CEG/NA相关部门同事沟通并协商改善方案；

4.         Mold /machine failure mode analysis and improvement, communication with CEG/NA for machine technical upgrade and improvement

涉及模具模具/机台稳定性与匹配度的失效模式分析与改善，与CEG/ME沟通并协商设备技术升级改善方案；

5.         Follow up the capacity, responsible update the capacity sheet, make sure mold transfer number and status, instruction new machine and trial run and tech training,

订单打样安排与模具产能跟进, 负责更新产能表，模具机台进出数量与模具使用状态确认；新引进机台模具试产试用安排与技术培训；

6.         Production line mold/tooling management, purchase mold and spare parts, manage HZ Machine Expansion and external communication,

产线现场模治具管理，模具备件申购与安全库存管理，HZ Machine Expansion报告管理与对外的协调沟通；

7.         Responsible for the daily personnel management including mold technology group management mold member of the discipline/OT/leave/overtime, efficiency, regular meetings, review monthly evaluation, training, auditing, daily the hand-over, mold technicians work allocation, production line equipment operation safety inspections and personnel coordination, die repair the follow up

负责模具技术组日常人员管理包括管理模具员的纪律/考勤/请假/加班、效率、定期会议、月度考核评估、培训、审核、日常交接事宜、模具技术员的工作分配、产线机台操作安全巡查与人员协调、模具外修跟进；

8.         Responsible update SOP/WI of machine,

负责模具机台操作说明类的SOP/WI更新发布并监督实施；

9.         Responsible for QP investigation and providing corrective and preventive action.

负责涉及非人为导致与机台模具相关的QP调查，提供矫正预防措施

Required Experience

1.3 years similar position experience三年以上同职外企工作经验

2.Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.

起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅

3.Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪。

4.Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations.  May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).  May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).

Preferred Education: College大专或以上学历

Training required: 

1. Management fixture, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA 6 sigma, lean production mode 

工装治具的管理，统计分析工具运用，六西格玛实践；精益生产模式

1. Familiar with office, and drawing software (CAD, SW, PORE,) English level or above, knowledge of IE industrial engineer and manufacturing cost

熟悉办公软件，且至少熟练操作一门制图软件（CAD, Solidworks, proE），英语水平中等或以上；掌握IE工业工程和制造成本优化必要知识.

2.具备设备故障失效模式分析和改善，及相关故障处置的标准化经验；

3.有设备操作说明、安全规章制度等SOP或WI的编制经验；

4.具备维护技术员、工装治具和保障自动机器持续运行的管理经验；

5.本科及以上学历，有2年以上同等维护主管的工作经验；熟练的英语读、写能力，具备听、说能力优先；

6.熟悉办公软件和制图软件（CAD, Solidworks, proE），有电气控制系统和PLC程序能力优先；
