Essential Functions/ Responsibilities 
  • Obey Leaders' arrangement and control; Report to team Leaders about any difference;
服从领导者的安排; 向组长报告任何差异;   
  • According to the WI to prepack the orders; Follow up the orders to Staging and Picking according to WI of Staging &Picking; According to the WI of Boxing and Shipping Using Precision to process the Boxing and labeling. Before loading, check that all bonded and non-bonded goods and the quantity of packages shipped on the day are consistent with the system. 

 

按照Prepack WI要求包装订单; 根据Staging &Picking的WI跟进订单上架和下架；根据装箱和出货的WI在Precision执行Boxing& Labeling处理. 并在装车前核对所有保税和非保税货物及当天出货的件数与系统一致. 
  • Collect and sort out the recycle packing materials.
收集整理循环使用的包材。 
  • Verify that the pickup driver’s name and the vehicle information are consistent with the registration of the factory reservation information and recorded it on file.
核实提货司机身份证件和车辆信息是否与登记入厂预约信息一致，并记录存档 
  • Loading personnel must inspect the carriage according to the 7-Point Checklist for Container/Trailer and take photos for recording.
装车前装货人员必须按照《货柜/拖车7点检查表》检查车厢/货柜并拍照做好记录。 
  • Arrange the loading after confirming the information of the driver and the vehicle and shipping goods by following the shipping pallet requirements of packaging manual.
确认提货人及车辆信息准确无误后，按照Packaging Manual的托盘出货要求打包和装车出货.
  • Make sure to use ISO17712 safety seal per C-TPAT requirement.
按C-TPAT要求使用符合ISO17712标准的安全铅封.

 

  • After loading the goods, the shipping and packaging personnel register the seal number with the delivery driver and the on-site loading security guard to confirm the goods, lock the car and take photos of the entire loading process, release, and file (7-Point container /Trailer inspection review). 
出货包装人员装完货后登记铅封编号与提货司机和现场兼装保安确认货物后锁车拍照整个装车过程放行并存档《货柜/拖车7点检查表》. 
  • Follow up the processing and shipment of wooden reels every quarter.
跟进每季度木卷盘的整理和出货。 
  • Keep R.O.C.K. well.     
保持R.O.C.K.良好;             
  • Other tasks arranged by Traffic leader/Clerk/Supervisor;
完成组长/主管安排的其他工作;

Required Experience
1.1 year work experience at electronics company

2.Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.

3.Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

4.Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations.  May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).  May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
