Job Title: MANUFACTURING PLANNER
Code: 33-02-00-160-704
Summary/Objective: The Planner’s role is to plan, manage, monitor and follow-up on delivery schedule and expedites. Roadmap transfer and work center hours balancing.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Review and scheduling Large Order Expedites, coordinate with Purchasing on material requirement.
- Coordinate with customer service and work center on pull in/push out request.
- Coordinate with Order Management and work center to prioritize P1/ DPAS orders.
- Customer forecast and capacity review.
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedule.
- Review and monitor work center, expedite/email follow up to ensure orders ship on time, review past due /due order/ STCAP report.
- Engage with internal departments on resolves issue to minimize impact and ship order on time.
- Work with material planner to expedite needed material and achieve customer requirement.
- Review production capacity identify hot spot, risk to capacity and actions to minimize the risk.
- Roadmap / ASPs / product transfer execution, hours balancing between plants and work center.
- Coordinate with internal team on New ASPs capability review.
- Review and monitor JB overall run ahead%, OTD% performance.

Required Experience:
- 5 years in related / similar position will be an added advantage
- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / related technical or equivalent experience.
Training Required:
- On the job training as appropriate.
