Job title: Strategic Pricing Analyst
Reports to: Justin Striegel
Shift: Monday- Friday (Dayshift)
Summary/Objective: The Strategic Pricing Analysis role plays a critical part in supporting cost and pricing activities for our advanced products. This position partners with multiple internal teams to create and maintain spreadsheet pricing for new series and product-line extensions. Once products are fully released, this role will work with the appropriate teams to transition pricing into standard book pricing. Requires the ability to quickly address daily costing and pricing inquiries and communicate responses clearly and efficiently.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain spreadsheet pricing for new product series and product-line extensions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Operations, Engineering, etc.) to gather required input for pricing models.
- Support cost builds and ensure accurate, up-to-date pricing data across all files.
- Establish product series for EOL/ECO and work with Product Management to review.
- Transition pricing from spreadsheet models into finalized book pricing once products are fully released.
- Respond quickly to daily costing and pricing inquiries from internal teams and provide clear, concise communication.
- Analyze pricing trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization or strategic adjustments for advanced products.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with established pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control for all pricing spreadsheets.
- Support broader pricing projects and process improvements.

Required Experience:
- Must be a self-starter with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to navigate gray areas and work well in high pressure situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
- Knowledge of interconnect and high-speed cable products, and / or production processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & O365).
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
